Jacob Bean was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. At 16, he moved to North Dakota with his parents who are missionaries on a Native American reservation. After graduating high school in North Dakota, he attended Dakota College at Bottineau and earned associate degrees in Marketing, Advertising and Web Design. In 2011, Jacob was named North Dakota’s New Century Scholar (top academic award per state) by USA Today and Coca Cola. The following year, Jacob became a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar and received a $100,000 scholarship to finishing his bachelor degree. He attended Shorter University in Rome, Georgia where he graduated with a bachelors in Communication, Public Relations and Advertising, as well as minors in Spanish and Photography. Jacob spent his final year of college studying Spanish and interning with a film studio in Alicante, Spain.

After returning the United States in 2015, Jacob started working in the film industry as a production assistant. Jacob worked on various projects over the course of two years. In 2016, Jacob assisted in the creation of Above the Line Properties at Harry Norman, Realtors. Jacob became licensed in 2017 and over the next three years worked with various film productions and corporate clients in Atlanta by offering furnished, short term housing.
In 2018 & 2019, Jacob was recognized as a Senior Marketing Consultant by Harry Norman Realtors and the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club
In 2020, Jacob was recognized as a top producer by the Atlanta Realtors Association.
In March 2020, Jacob started working with Studio Housing Atlanta, Inc and continues to provide furnished housing for cast and crew on films and television series, as well as corporate clients.
Jacob has leased properties to some of the biggest film productions and celebrities in the world and continues to offer top rated service.
